What Data Do We Collect?

Name, address and city (for delivery)
Email address and phone number (for order confirmation and customer service)
Payment details (processed by Shopify Payments; we do not store any payment details ourselves)
Order history

What Do We Use Your Data For?

Processing and delivering your order
Customer service and returns handling
Legal obligations (such as record-keeping for the tax authorities)
Newsletters — only with your explicit consent

Sharing With Third Parties

We only share data with parties necessary to fulfil your order: Shopify (web store platform and payment processing) and PostNL (delivery). We never sell your data to third parties.

Retention Period

We do not keep your data longer than necessary, with a maximum of 7 years for administrative records (legal obligation).

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and transfer your data, and the right to object to processing. To exercise these rights, send an email to team@myrunflow.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
