At Run Flow, we want you to enjoy every run. Not satisfied with your purchase? You can easily return your order.
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to send your product back. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the cost of returning the item from your home to the web store is at your own expense.
Conditions
- The product is unworn (only tried on indoors) and undamaged.
- The product is in the original shoe box with all labels.
- You include a copy of the invoice or the order number.
How to Return
- Send an email to team@myrunflow.com or a WhatsApp message to +31 6 31196966 with your order number, stating that you are exercising your right of withdrawal.
- You will receive instructions and the return address within 1 business day.
- Ship the package and keep the proof of shipment.
Refund
We will refund the full purchase amount no later than 14 days after receiving your return, using the same payment method you paid with (e.g. iDEAL).
Exchanges
Would you like a different size or a different model? Mention this in your email; we will ship the new pair free of charge as soon as the return has been received.
Received a Defective or Wrong Product?
Contact us immediately at team@myrunflow.com. We will arrange a solution at no cost: a replacement or a full refund, including return costs.
