Article 2 — Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Run Flow and to every distance contract concluded between Run Flow and the consumer.

Article 3 — The Offer

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable the consumer to properly assess the offer. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on Run Flow.

Article 4 — The Contract

The contract is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the corresponding conditions. Run Flow will promptly confirm receipt of the acceptance of the offer by electronic means.

Article 5 — Right of Withdrawal

The consumer may dissolve a contract relating to the purchase of a product during a cooling-off period of 14 days without giving any reason. See our return policy for the full procedure.

Article 6 — The Price

All prices are stated in the currency shown in the store for your region and include VAT. Shipping costs, if any, are clearly displayed before the order is completed.

Article 7 — Payment

Payment is possible via iDEAL and the other payment methods offered at checkout. The consumer is obliged to promptly report any inaccuracies in payment details provided or stated to Run Flow.

Article 8 — Delivery and Fulfilment

Run Flow will fulfil accepted orders with due speed and at the latest within 30 days. See our shipping policy.

Article 9 — Conformity and Warranty

Run Flow guarantees that the products comply with the contract, the specifications stated in the offer, and reasonable requirements of soundness and usability. All our shoes are covered by the statutory warranty.

Article 10 — Complaints Procedure

Complaints can be submitted via team@myrunflow.com. Complaints will be answered within 14 days. The consumer may also submit a complaint via the European ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
